How much do you charge for shipping?
All Canadian orders over $175 receive complimentary ground shipping. Shipping costs on Canadian orders under $175 can depend but are generally $11.73 Canada Post regular parcel 1-7 business days, $14.33 Xpresspost 1-3 business days. We ship internationally, shipping costs varies by country, you are responsible for duties and import fees.
How long will I wait for my order?
Your item will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment, provided the item is in stock. Backorderd items can take up to 4 weeks to be handmade and shipped out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover) and PayPal as valid payment methods.
How secure is your online store?
This store uses Shopify payments via Stripe and PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
What is the return policy?
Our policy is that you may return or exchange an item within 10 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. *Sale items are nonrefundable.
How do I clean my jewelry?
In most cases you can easily clean your silver, copper or gold jewelry with a toothbrush and a mild detergent. Storing your jewelry in the packaging we provide will help to keep it clean.
Is there nickel in your jewelry?
No, all our metals are nickel free.
Is this jewelry environmentally friendly?
Yes, we acknowledge the harmful impact mining of metals and gemstones has on our planet, with this in mind we source out and use recycled metals in our designs. We also incorporate vintage stones and findings into our pieces.
Jewelry Warranty & Repairs
What is your warranty period?
We guarantee the quality of our jewelry for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. This is limited to normal wear and usage. We also reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage. Beyond the warranty date we would be happy repair your Era jewelry for a charge.
I have some old random broken jewelry will you repair it for me?
Unfortunately, no we only repair Era Cognita jewelry.
I bought one of your rings and its too small can you resize it for me?
Yes, you have up to 10 days form the purchase date to exchange it for a different size. If you have had it for quite some time and it is a discontinued design we will gladly resize it for a charge.
